Vintage Heywood-Wakefield Mid-Century Modern Twin Bed Frame, Wheat Finish, c. 1950s A complete twin bed frame by the celebrated Heywood-Wakefield Company, finished in the brand’s signature Wheat colorway. Features beautifully sculpted headboard and footboard panels, gracefully rounded corners, and the distinctive splayed legs that are unmistakably mid-century. Includes headboard, footboard, and side rails — structurally sound and sturdy throughout. The finish shows honest, age-appropriate wear consistent with decades of use, fully visible and disclosed in the photos. For a collector comfortable with a light refinish, this piece has excellent bones and would be stunning restored. Heywood-Wakefield is an undisputed furniture icon, and pieces in the Wheat finish are especially sought after by collectors and designers alike. Estimated Fair Market Value: $250–$450 (as-is; a professionally refinished example would command significantly more)
