(2) Antique Japanese silk paintings executed on fine textile ground, one depicting a dancer in an elaborate kimono with red parasols beneath cherry blossoms, and the other depicting a woman in a patterned kimono along a shoreline. Both works are mounted in black frames with gilt inner bevels under glass, bearing Forbes & Wallace, Inc. framer labels on the reverse. Each piece measures 12 1/4" x 12 3/4", with slight wear to the frames and glass in good condition.
