The following applies to any of our online / live auctions held at any of our home locations in Norwich, CT. By registering to bid in this auction, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions, which include the following change: ALL ITEMS THAT ARE DEEMED SOLD AND APPEAR ON THE INVOICE SENT TO YOU AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE AUCTION MUST BE REMOVED DURING THE DATES SPECIFIED**. Following the conclusion of the specified removal dates and times, ADAMS will charge the buyer the purchase price of any items that they have left in the possession of ADAMS. If items are not removed, every day the item remains in the possession of ADAMS it will accrue a $20 fine. The fines accrued will be charged upon removal. Failure pay these fines / remove the items will result in the items to be considered abandoned, with ADAMS claiming ownership of the asset. You will NOT be credited for abandoned items. **unless it has been approved by ADAMS in writing prior to the close of scheduled removal days to make arrangements for you on a different day.** TERMS AND CONDITIONS After Adams Auctioneers // Appraisers has sold a piece of equipment, it becomes the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All equipment is sold 'as is, where is' without any implication of warranty or guarantee implied. ADAMS does their best to test refrigeration items, but absolutely no guarantee is given to any merchandise. The words, "TESTED" on an item indicates that the temperature was taken from a professional after the item was hooked up to power for a period of time, or that it was powered on to verify working ability. See preview times. Buyers are responsible for bringing their own personnel and equipment necessary for removal.
